Summary

  • We’re looking for a savvy, strategic, and hands-on Digital Manager who will be responsible for elevating our digital presence and driving strong online performance across social platforms and e-commerce channels.
  • The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about digital trends, data-driven strategies, and crafting engaging consumer experiences that convert. Experience working across multiple African markets is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the brand’s digital strategy across all channels (social media, website, e-commerce platforms, email marketing, paid media)
  • Drive performance marketing and paid media campaigns to generate leads, boost conversions, and grow online sales.
  • Manage the planning, scheduling, and analysis of all social media platforms, including community management.
  • Optimize and grow our e-commerce experience across owned and partner platforms, ensuring seamless customer journeys and increased sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, brand, trade) and external partners (agencies, influencers, e-commerce platforms).
  • Monitor digital trends, performance analytics, and consumer insights to inform strategy and refine execution.
  • Lead A/B testing, customer journey mapping, and performance reporting to constantly improve ROI and digital impact.
  • Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all online touchpoints

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or ecommerce roles.
  • Strong grasp of data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Experience growing and managing brand presence online across multiple countries.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and juggle multiple digital campaigns at once.

Good to have:

  • Experience managing digital campaigns or platforms across African markets (e.g., Ghana, Kenya, South Africa).
  • Prior experience with regional adaptation of content and digital strategy for culturally diverse African audiences.
  • A deep understanding of the beauty and lifestyle consumer space in Africa.
  • Worked in a digital agency. or in the FMCG Industry.
