The Candidate:

We seek to hire a well-experienced and high-performing Digital Marketing Executive for our online portal. The candidate must have a strong eCommerce and digital/Social media Marketing background. You will take ownership of our social media presence to drive high levels of web traffic and ensure robust customer engagement. The digital marketer is responsible for ensuring that the website is easily found by the target audience. Optimizing website structure and content for search engines (SEO) and/or the use of paid online advertising (SEM)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media content creator, and display advertising campaigns design, build, and maintain our social media presence, identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
  • Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
  • Planning and managing our social media platforms.
  • Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
  • Managing the online presence and brand of the company. Social networking tools such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Google Analytics allow businesses to engage with their consumers in real-time and the digital marketer will often be responsible for this communication.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Reports to Business Development Manager

  Requirements:

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • A solid understanding of HTML, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in content management.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
