Position 1: Digital Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Create compelling content and campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads, ensuring a seamless customer journey from interest to conversion.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Excellent Video creation and editing skills
  • Excellent graphic skill
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Must have access to working tools regularly and work remotely
