Responsibilitieas

  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Develop high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns that resonate with potential clients. o Manage the company's online presence, ensuring that all content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Oversee the company’s social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to build brand awareness and engage with followers.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and SEO tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and provide support for promotional events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing software).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair for content creation.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns.
