iRecharge Tech-Innovations is an internet-powered distribution platform that enables users to purchase virtual products and services such as airtime and mobile data, internet subscriptions, pay-TV, and Bulk SMS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Social Media Management: Plan and oversee content calendars, engage with audiences, and analyze performance across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • SEO & Content Optimization: Implement SEO best practices, optimize website content, and collaborate with the content team to improve organic reach.
  • Paid Advertising: Set up and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Email & SMS Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and
  • SMS campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other analytics platforms.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze customer behavior and optimize landing pages, ads, and content to improve conversions.
  • Partnerships & Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and brand partners to expand reach and engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Business
  • Manager, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Experience in email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or SendGrid.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for growth marketing and performance-driven strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
