Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketer at Kylian ERP, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote our ERP solutions. You will manage our online platforms, including websites, social media channels, and email marketing systems, ensuring consistent brand messaging and optimising customer engagement. You will also monitor campaign performance, using insights to improve future strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing reports and insights to optimise results.
- Create and manage content for the company website, ensuring SEO best practices are implemented to improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Use data and analytics tools to track key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including the creation of newsletters and automated workflows to nurture leads.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, ensuring that Kylian ERP stays at the forefront of industry developments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role, with a track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media management, and online advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Experience with ERP or software solutions marketing would be an advantage.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or SaaS products will be a plus.
