Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a strong grasp of marketing tools, and the ability to analyze campaign performance for optimal results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage multi-platform digital campaigns (email, social media, SEO/SEM, content, and paid ads).
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
  • Manage website updates and ensure SEO best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to align digital efforts with business goals.
  • Run and optimize paid ads on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Grow and engage online communities through consistent content and interaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with social media management and digital advertising.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Proficient in SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).

Preferred Skills:

  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Video editing for short-form content (e.g., Reels, TikToks).
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and lead generation tools.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
