Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
- Create engaging content (graphics, captions, blogs, short videos) tailored to different platforms.
- Manage company websites and social media pages, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion).
- Optimize campaigns using SEO, keywords, and audience insights.
- Collaborate with the team to promote books, authors, and publishing services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new strategies for growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
- Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and website management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
- Experience in the publishing, media, or creative industry.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Photography, video editing, or graphic design skills.
