Job Summary

  • We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our Out-of-Home advertising firm. 
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and integrate digital solutions with traditional OOH advertising. 
  • This role requires expertise in online marketing, social media management, content creation, and performance analytics to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote OOH advertising services and attract clients.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Create and distribute engaging content, including blog posts, graphics, videos, and case studies, to showcase OOH advertising solutions.
  • Execute social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and SEO software.
  • Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Develop and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, and programmatic advertising) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments.
  • Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest data-driven optimizations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in media, advertising, or advertising.
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of how digital marketing can complement OOH advertising campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, social media management, and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and graphic design skills (basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp.
