Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans that support overall business goals.
  • Research market trends to find growth opportunities and manage media negotiations.
  • Utilize web analytic tools to measure and report on digital marketing results.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to create effective landing pages and improve user engagement.
  • Apply strategies such as; paid search, SEO, and PPC to drive online marketing success.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze experiments and conversion tests to optimize performance.
  • Manage website redesign projects and continuously update content to keep the site engaging and current.
  • Develop and execute digital campaigns, monitor their effectiveness, and deliver performance reports.
  • Oversee email marketing initiatives, ensuring targeted and effective communication with customers.
  • Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence across platforms such as; Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Experienced in overseeing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Ability to build innovative digital campaigns that resonate with target audiences, driving awareness and engagement.
  • Hands-on experience in improving landing page effectiveness and refining user funnels for maximum impact.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools e.g.; Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Salary
N400,000 Monthly (non-negotiable).
