Description and Objectives
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to drive our digital marketing and branding efforts.
- You will work hand-in-hand with our business development lead to drive Talent Lab’s growth by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, maintaining a strong brand presence and boosting our digital footprints.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Spearhead the creation and mainteinance of Talent Lab’s social media platforms e.g Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Develop strategies for social media optimization, content creation and growth analytics to enhance community engagement and influence.
- Prioritize and assist in delivering high-performance content including videos, social media posts, annual and quarterly content, donor communications, product and program support materials, one pagers, website collateral, briefings, newsletters, blogs, and scripts.
Email Marketing:
- Work with the business development lead to create and execute effective email campaigns.
- Contribute to the marketing capability of our startup while generating leads and boosting conversion.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Generate leads and nurture them through a sales channel.
- Run targeted advertisement campaigns and track their performance
Website Update:
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the digital user experience, including optimizing landing pages.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement
Documentation and Analytics:
- Strong ability to use analytics tools e.g Google Analytics for monitoring performance, making data-driven decisions, and reporting on ROI/KPIs.
- Generate regular reports to measure our digital media's success and identify areas for improvement.
Duty Station:
- This is an hybrid role in Talent Lab’s Head Office.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in launching and implementing strategies around social media, email marketing, content creation and SEO optimization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in SEO, video editing and graphic design.
Core competencies:
- Ability to source and produce highly engaging content and managing it across all social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to use technology for digital analytics tools to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in graphic design tools and software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
