Responsibilities

- Optimize digital campaigns to improve performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools and technologies.
- Utilize SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Analyze web traffic and other key metrics using Google Analytics or similar tools to measure marketing campaigns' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and effective coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of marketing activities and performance metrics in the CRM system.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications and a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant industries.
- Proven work experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to various digital platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems (CMS), and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple digital marketing projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
