Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive company growth.
  • Create and manage compelling content across various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
  • Optimize digital campaigns to improve performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools and technologies.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Analyze web traffic and other key metrics using Google Analytics or similar tools to measure marketing campaigns' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and effective coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Continuously update and maintain accurate records of marketing activities and performance metrics in the CRM system.
  • Contribute to the development of overall marketing strategies and provide valuable insights to enhance the marketing team's effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications and a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant industries.
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to various digital platforms and audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems (CMS), and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple digital marketing projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically while executing tactical initiatives.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and software is a plus.
