Job Overview:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and generate quality leads. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking and creative execution, with strong knowledge of digital channels, content marketing, social media, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email, SEO/SEM, content, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across digital platforms to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Manage company website, ensuring regular updates, SEO compliance, and improved user experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, sales, design, and IT) to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Utilize data analytics tools to measure ROI, track conversion rates, and recommend improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous innovation.
- Manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum reach.
- Build and maintain relationships with external digital agencies, partners, and influencers where necessary.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management, and email marketing platforms.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
