Job Description
- We are seeking to hire a Digital Marketer who will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to promote the company’s real estate properties and services.
- This role involves managing digital platforms, generating quality leads, improving online visibility, and driving engagement to support property sales and rentals.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid ads to generate property leads.
- Create engaging content (videos, graphics, listings, blog posts) tailored to the real estate market and buyer personas.
- Ensure regular updates with current property listings, blog posts, and promotional content.
- Run targeted Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns to promote new listings, open houses, and special offers.
- Optimize website and landing pages for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter).
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns.
- Monitor digital metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions, click-through rates) and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Stay up to date with digital trends and tools to maintain a competitive edge in online property marketing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and conversion strategy.
- Capture and edit photos/videos of property listings when necessary or coordinate with content creators and agencies.
- Ability to build Sales Funnel to generate leads
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing; real estate marketing experience is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in digital tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, and basic video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and online lead generation.
- Excellent communication, content writing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Self-driven, creative, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
