Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, enhance our social media presence, and drive engagement with current and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, content creation, social media trends, and analytics, combined with creative flair and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) through content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Content Creation: Develop, curate, and share high-quality, relevant content (graphics, videos, articles) that aligns with OmegaPI’s brand identity and marketing goals.
- Campaign Development: Design and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media campaigns, and paid advertising, with a focus on lead generation and brand visibility.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize content for SEO, manage PPC campaigns, and leverage SEM best practices to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing and social media metrics, offering insights to improve future campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and social media best practices to ensure that OmegaPI remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Content Creation: Strong understanding of content creation for social media, including graphic design (basic knowledge of tools like Canva or Adobe Suite preferred).
- SEO/SEM Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles and techniques, and experience with PPC advertising is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey the brand’s message effectively across multiple platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and adjust strategies based on insights gained.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
