We seek a Full Stack Engineer to lead and deliver robust, scalable engineering outcomes, ensuring your digital products align with Purelife’s mission to provide accessible, affordable healthcare at scale.

Job Description

  • You will develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive user acquisition and revenue for Purelife’s hybrid services. You will manage paid media, optimise funnels, track performance metrics, and ensure measurable ROI aligned with our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and mobile ad networks.
  • Build and manage customer acquisition funnels for:
  • Telemedicine consultations
  • Pharmacy e-commerce
  • Subscriptions and microinsurance plans
  • Manage and improve SEO/SEM strategies for organic and paid reach.
  • Track, analyse, and report on CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Implement retargeting and remarketing campaigns to boost conversions.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to align campaign messaging with Purelife’s mission.
  • Test and iterate creatives, offers, and landing pages for optimal performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets to maximise growth while controlling costs.
  • Prepare monthly reports on performance marketing outcomes and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably in healthtech, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record in managing paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Skilled in using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad management tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in funnel optimisation.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
