Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategy to increase online presence and support recruitment efforts.
- Create engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze web traffic and user engagement metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
- Manage and grow our social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) by creating and sharing relevant content.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to create targeted email campaigns and newsletters.
- Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search ranking and drive web traffic.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to enhance digital marketing strategies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of online events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Associate or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and SEO tools.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the recruitment or HR industry (desirable).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
