- As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in executing Craftmerce's digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Create and manage content across Craftmerce's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok,Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Develop engaging and relevant posts, stories, and campaigns to attract and engage our target audience.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and email newsletters, to educate, inform, and entertain our audience. Collaborate with theteam to develop compelling narratives and visual assets that resonate with our brand and values.
- Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and increase customer retention. Segment email lists, create personalized content, and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve results.
- SEO and SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve Craftmerce's organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to digital marketing initiatives. Analyze data, track campaign performance, and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Graphics Design: Create visually appealing graphics and brand assets and identities accross all social platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer support, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Provide insights, recommendations, and support to maximize marketing impact and achieve strategic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Courses and certifications in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or B2B environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, graphics and design, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging.
