We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Executive to drive our online presence and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns, content creation, social media management, and lead generation strategies tailored to the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Generate qualified leads through paid and organic channels.
- Develop and manage content for websites, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Manage SEO and SEM efforts to improve visibility and website rankings.
- Create and run targeted ad campaigns to promote new property launches, open houses, and events.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead follow-up and measure conversion success.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitors in the real estate space.
- Maintain and update listings on property portals and company website.
- Track and report on KPIs such as CTR, ROI, and engagement metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
