Job Description

  • As a Digital Marketing Intern at Kaplo, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROI analysis to drive continuous improvements.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad copy, targeting, and creative elements.

Content Creation and Marketing:

  • Develop compelling and engaging content for ads, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the content team to align paid campaigns with the overall content strategy.
  • Create landing pages and ad-specific content to maximize conversion rates.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Utilize analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of campaigns.

Social Media Management:

  • Assist in managing our social media accounts, including posting, engagement, and community building.
  • Support the creation of a social media content calendar and strategize ways to increase brand visibility.

SEO and SEM Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the team to optimize our website's SEO, ensuring high visibility in search engine results.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic.

Market Research:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Help in defining target audiences and refining customer personas.

Qualifications

  • Recently graduated (NYSC) with a Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Passion for digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
