Job Summary:
- We are looking for a resourceful and data-driven Digital Marketer to join our Account Management and Strategy Team under the Growth and Innovation department. The ideal candidate will execute and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms, optimize performance, and contribute to strategic decisions that drive business growth and client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid and organic digital campaigns (social media, email, Google ads, etc.)
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance
- Collaborate with the design and content team to develop high-impact marketing materials
- Manage client social media pages and performance marketing campaigns
- Create and monitor content calendars, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Prepare weekly/monthly campaign reports for internal and client-facing reviews
- Stay up-to-date with trends and tools in digital marketing and performance analytics
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic SEO practices
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Experience working in an agency setting is an added advantage
