Job Summary:
- The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Afrihealth Limited and its products or services. This role requires an in-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies and channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and PPC.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving online engagement and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Content Management: Oversee the creation and publication of relevant, high-quality content for all digital channels. Collaborate with the content team to develop blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other marketing materials.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Manage PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze website traffic, conversions, and other key metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
