  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services across digital channels. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of current marketing tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence and digital content strategy.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Manage and coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and tools.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO platforms, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Experience in managing PPC campaigns, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Google Ads and Analytics certification.
  • Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
