About the Role:

  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to support DrugStoc's brand awareness, lead generation, and sales objectives.
  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to create innovative digital experiences that engage our target audience of hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and individual healthcare providers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic digital marketing plan that aligns with DrugStoc's overall business goals and marketing strategy.
  • Manage and optimize the company's website, including regularly updating content, improving user experience, and enhancing SEO to drive organic traffic.
  • Create engaging, conversion-focused content for DrugStoc's email marketing campaigns, social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), and blog to nurture leads and build brand awareness.
  • Devise and execute targeted paid digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads to reach new potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to integrate digital marketing tactics into the lead generation and customer acquisition process.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to continually optimize campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, and make recommendations for new strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external digital marketing vendors and service providers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of driving successful campaigns and measurable results in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing websites, email marketing, social media platforms, SEO, and paid digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads)
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate insights into impactful digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, customer-focused content.
  • Highly creative and innovative, with a passion for staying up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
