- Create and oversee online and offline events to engage with potential buyers, residents, and the local community.
- Produce compelling content for various channels including marketing collateral, social media, blogs, and other communication platforms.
- Highlight property features, benefits, and lifestyle offerings to attract and engage potential buyers.
- Manage and optimize Xymbolic's online presence across different platforms, including the website and social media.
- Drive digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
- Interact with potential buyers, providing information and responding to inquiries about our real estate offerings.
- Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the buying journey.
- Plan and execute real estate events, launches, and partnerships with local entities and influencers.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for collaboration and sponsorships that align with Xymbolic's values and goals.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, community engagement, and lead generation efforts, providing regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
