MK Executive Care and Training Services is a domiciliary care organization with 4 locations and plans to establish more locations in the future. we are professional, agile, and innovative and our goal is to provide quality care and support service that meets the needs of the individuals that we support. As a training provider, we aim to develop training modules that are tailored to the needs of our delegates.
We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking and goal-orientated individual to join our team to grow the organization.
Some of the responsibilities are:
- Social media management - creating campaigns and adverts on different social media platforms
- Email campaigns - Conceptualizing, getting the right database, designing and sending out emails
- Analytics - analyzing web traffic, and social media analytics and analyzing these numbers to reduce bounce rate and optimise the pages for optimum results.
- Content Writing - content writing for the company website, social media requirements, and blogs,
- Website - website management is also another important aspect of your role. You will need to understand how to build and manage websites, manage landing pages and also optimize them with plug-ins, etc. with the help and guidance of your team.
- Analyzing Marketing Data - collect data from all marketing campaign and present data and information to be used for future marketing decisions.
- Creates engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on the latest marketing technologies and social media.
- Advising Marketing Teams of the best decisions to be taken based on data collected and analyzed.
- Developing and Maintaining Client Relationships - with all our clients.
- Allocation of budgets to different channels - based on the performance of each channel.
- Using A/B testing to enhance digital marketing performance.
- Work in collaboration with your colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
- Any other duties assigned to you by your manager.

Hours of Work:
