Job Overview

Are you passionate about digital marketing? We want to hear from you! We are seeking a young Digital Marketing Officer to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts, database marketing, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate the customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Optimize conversion points and user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements and Skills

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Must be between the age of 20- 27 years.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, database marketing, email campaigns, social media, and/or display advertising.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging, informative, and motivating digital campaigns.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Proficient in A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Working knowledge of ad-serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
