ROLE SUMMARY

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating content, interact with our audience, analyze social media metrics, managing and executing our social media and Digital marketing strategy across various platforms.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.
  • Execute the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all social media platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies to drive growth and engagement.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and provide recommendations.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities in the social media landscape.
  • Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management efforts.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing events such as exhibitions, employee engagement or promotional events.
  • Assist in other Corporate and marketing communications activities

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualifications

  • 1/2 years of relevant work experience
  • B.sc Mass Communication

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of Corporate and marketing communications principles
  • Social media best practices

Skills:

  • Good Communications skills
  • Content Creation
  • Social Media and Digital Marketing Tools
  • Lead Generation

Abilities:

  • Good team player
  • Analytical thinking
