THE COMPANY Megamound’s success story is a testimony to its stable, dynamic and well focused Board and a deliberate policy if putting the right people on the job. The company has at various times collaborated with other companies such as Pelfaco Nigeria Limited in the executive of some African Development Bank (ADB) assisted projects viz: Provision of Streetlight for Akure Township, Ondo State. Provision of pipe borne water for indigenes of Enugu and Benue States. The company is actively involved in dredging activities. It is involved in stock pilling of saleable sand at sites in Majidun, Ikorodu, Ibeshe, Ajah and Badore in Eti-Osa Local Government Area of Lagos State. Megamound has also been involved in real estate development projects which include Nicon Lekki project, Carlton Gate Estate and Lekki County Homes Estate just to mention but a few and only recently acquired lease of property at Oniru Estate where the company is constructing a six-storey five star hotel.

  • As a Digital Marketing , your primary responsibility will be to create compelling visual assets and designs for digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • You will work closely with the marketing team to develop creative content that enhances brand awareness, engages the target audience, and drives customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Collateral:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design marketing collateral for campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Design landing pages, user interfaces, and user experience (UI/UX) elements that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Optimize designs for different digital platforms and devices to ensure a seamless user experience.

Social Media Management:

  • Create visually compelling graphics and images for social media platforms, taking into account the specific requirements and best practices of each platform.
  • Design social media posts, cover photos, and profile pictures that align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and reach.

Content Creation:

  • Assist in creating and editing multimedia content, such as videos, GIFs, and animations, to support digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and content creators to visually enhance blog posts, articles, and other written content.
  • Ensure all visual content is optimized for search engine optimization (SEO) and adheres to relevant copyright and licensing regulations.

Web Design and Development:

  • Collaborate with web developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts and designs.
  • Design website elements, including headers, footers, navigation menus, and call-to-action buttons.
  • Ensure web designs are responsive and optimized for mobile devices.
  • Design, develop, maintain and troubleshoot websites across the conglomerate
  • Ensure a safe and efficient user experience by implementing security protocols, modifying programs, creating backups, resolving software problems, updating content and more.
  • Analyzing website traffic to support sales and aid management decision making
  • Complement IT department to advance implementation of ERP and other technologies for improved productivity and performance
  • Documentation, knowledge sharing and training on existing and introduced technologies

Creative Strategy and Ideation:

  • Contribute to the development of creative strategies and ideas for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and graphic design.
  • Brainstorm and present design concepts and ideas to the marketing team.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure cohesive and consistent branding and messaging.
  • Communicate design ideas, concepts, and requirements effectively to stakeholders.
  • Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs based on stakeholder input.
