As a Digital Marketing/ Operations Intern, you\'ll play a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations, serving as the backbone of our business. You\'ll wear multiple hats, seamlessly transitioning between customer support, operations, and digital marketing tasks to ensure our company\'s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media channels.
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information about our products/services.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized and attentive support.
  • Assist in managing various operational tasks, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and website.
  • Create engaging content, such as blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters, to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and adjust marketing strategies to maximize ROI and engagement.
  • Represent the organization at monthly conferences and industry events to promote our brand and services.
  • Network with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and participate in panel discussions to showcase our company\'s expertise and offerings.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, customer support, operations, and brand promotion roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software).
  • Willingness to travel and attend monthly conferences as required.
