Job Purpose/Objective

  • The ideal candidate will act as a digital strategist, planner, and buyer, ensuring the seamless execution of digital media campaigns for designated clients and brands. This role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media strategies that align with client objectives while adhering to time and budget limitations. Utilizing data-driven insights will be crucial to guiding digital initiatives, maintaining best practices, and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized media strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Utilize media research, consumer insights, and industry data to create innovative campaign plans.
  • Prepare detailed media schedules for review and approval by the Digital Team Lead prior to client presentations.
  • Forecast campaign KPIs, including impressions, reach, clicks, and performance metrics, ensuring they meet client expectations.

Campaign Deployment and Optimization

  • Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns, ensuring deliverables meet specified criteria.
  • Monitor campaign performance and perform real-time optimizations to enhance effectiveness.
  • Leverage analytics tools to evaluate campaign ROI and improve cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deployment of creative content across all digital platforms while maintaining brand coherence.

Performance Reporting and Insights

  • Compile weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reports featuring detailed performance analytics.
  • Track and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, reach, engagement rates, and conversions.
  • Provide actionable insights derived from data analysis to clients and internal teams to refine future campaign strategies.

Financial and Operational Management

  • Guarantee prompt invoicing and collaborate with the Finance team to maintain billing trackers.
  • Keep meticulous records of contracts, invoices, and financial documentation per company and client protocols. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and assist in income generation through strategic recommendations.

Client Relationship Management

  • Engage in client meetings to discuss strategies, share updates, and gather feedback.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding digital matters, ensuring timely communication and follow-through on commitments. Build robust relationships by delivering innovative solutions that surpass client expectations.

Knowledge Management and Innovation

  • Stay updated on emerging digital tools, platforms, and trends to elevate campaign strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository for campaign assets, media strategies, and client-specific information.
  • Conduct competitive analyses to understand market trends and recommend campaign adjustments.

Team Collaboration and Leadership

  • Mentor interns and management trainees, sharing insights on campaign processes and digital best practices.
  • Foster collaboration within the digital team and across other agency functions to ensure efficient campaign execution.
  • Share insights and updates in internal meetings to promote team growth and development.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Mass-communication, Marketing or any related discipline
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Experience with business to customer social media and content generation
  • Strong creative and analytical skills
