Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, PPC).
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Newsletter Marketing:
- Create engaging and relevant content for newsletters to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Segment and target audience for personalized messaging and offers.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
Community Management:
- Actively engage with our online community through social media platforms and forums.
- Foster a positive and interactive environment, promptly addressing customer inquiries and feedback.
- Monitor trends and discussions to identify opportunities for brand participation.
Content Marketing:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with overall marketing objectives.
- Create various content types (e.g., blog posts, videos, infographics) that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and quality.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Generate reports detailing key performance metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, focusing on campaigns, community management, newsletter marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and social media management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
