Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute performance-focused campaigns across all digital platforms. This role requires strong expertise in digital tools and technologies, particularly in a tech-focused environment. As a member of the Business Development Chapter at Data2Bots, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy, crafting compelling digital campaigns, enhancing online visibility, and driving lead generation through intelligent automation and analytics.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven ability to run multichannel digital campaigns (B2B preferred).
  • Strong command of marketing analytics and CRM tools.
  • Ability to design basic graphics using Canva or Adobe tools when needed.
  • Strong understanding of tech market trends and digital transformation concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, paid ads, and social platforms.
  • Optimize website traffic and lead conversion using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data-driven experiments (A/B testing).
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards to track campaign KPIs (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Develop engaging landing pages using CMS tools such as WordPress or Webflow in collaboration with content and design teams.
  • Execute targeted email campaigns, marketing automation flows, and drip campaigns using tools like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign.
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager accounts with daily performance tracking.
  • Conduct regular competitor and market trend analyses to refine digital strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Talent, Tech, Career Development) to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints in a digital-first context.
