Job Summary:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be instrumental in executing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, drive user engagement, and support customer acquisition for our FinTech products. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, analytical abilities, and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads), email marketing, and display advertising.
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies, manage daily content posting, engage with the online community, and analyze performance across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn).
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and structure for search engines, and monitor SEO performance to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Paid Advertising (SEM/PPC): Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms, including keyword bidding, ad copy creation, and audience targeting.
- Email Marketing: Create, segment, and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotional emails, automated flows) to nurture leads and retain customers using email marketing platforms.
- Content Marketing Support: Assist in the development and promotion of engaging digital content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
- Website Management: Update and maintain website content using a Content Management System (CMS), ensuring accuracy and optimal user experience.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the FinTech industry.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve performance and conversion rates.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor digital marketing activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign execution and optimization.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for business, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing software like Mailchimp/Constant Contact).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in the FinTech or financial services industry is a significant advantage.
