Job Overview
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist for our client in the Fashion industry. The idea candidate will develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, optimize content performance, and drive sales. This role requires expertise in social media management, content marketing, paid advertising, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest).
- Plan and schedule engaging content, including reels, carousels, and IG stories.
- Collaborate with the creative team to optimize visuals, captions, and brand messaging.
- Monitor trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
Advertising & Campaign Management
- Develop and manage digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Optimize ad performance by analyzing data and adjusting targeting and budgets.
- Implement retargeting strategies to maximize conversions.
- Track and report campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements.
SEO & Website Management
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Update product descriptions, blog posts, and landing pages to enhance user experience.
- Monitor website traffic and analyze user behavior for optimization.
Email & Influencer Marketing
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
- Build relationships with influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.
- Track the effectiveness of influencer partnerships and refine strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs (engagement, conversions, ROAS) and provide performance reports.
- Use data insights to refine digital marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion, luxury, or bridal.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and paid campaign management.
- Proficiency in SEO, website optimization, and email marketing.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with creative teams.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with luxury fashion brands.
- Basic graphic design/video editing skills for social media content.
- Understanding of high-end customer psychology and buying behavior.
