Job Overview: 

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in executing innovative marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services. This role is ideal for young professionals eager to advance their careers in digital marketing by working on diverse campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and acquire new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. 
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Create engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns. 
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms. 
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. 
  • Monitor website performance and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and recommend improvements. 
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence. 
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and followers. 
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns. 
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Prepare regular reports and insights to measure the success of campaigns and recommend adjustments. 
  • Use CRM systems and digital marketing tools to manage and analyze campaign performance. 
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing. 
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies. 
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills. 
  • Familiar with CRM platforms and digital applications.
