  • As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of driving WhooshNG’s online presence, brand awareness, and customer engagement by:

Crafting and Executing Digital Marketing Strategies

  • Designing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Identifying high-impact digital opportunities, trends, and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Launching targeted digital campaigns across social media, paid ads, email, and SEO to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Continuously tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns for performance and ROI.

Amplifying Brand Awareness and Lead Generation

  • Managing end-to-end digital campaigns — from ideation to execution — ensuring strong messaging and audience targeting.
  • Collaborating with content creators to produce compelling blogs, videos, and social content that drives engagement.
  • Building partnerships with influencers, digital platforms, and industry players to expand WhooshNG’s reach.
  • Optimizing ad spend and targeting for performance-driven outcomes across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

Leveraging Data and Analytics

  • Utilizing marketing analytics tools to track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, engagement rates, etc.).
  • Interpreting user behavior and campaign data to guide strategy refinement and improve results.
  • Conducting A/B tests to enhance messaging, design, and targeting approaches.

Enhancing Customer Retention and Loyalty

  • Implementing lifecycle marketing strategies — from onboarding to re-engagement — that keep customers coming back.
  • Personalizing email campaigns, offers, and content based on audience segments and behaviors.
  • Partnering with customer support to address feedback and improve the overall user experience.

Collaborating for Success

  • Working cross-functionally with product, operations, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Coordinating with external agencies, creative teams, and media partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
