Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts.
  • The ideal candidate will be well-versed in digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices, and know how to develop integrated digital campaigns that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support brand and sales objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling to inform campaign planning.
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM efforts to boost website traffic and search rankings.
  • Create and manage content strategies across web, social media, blogs, and email platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage company social media channels; create engaging content, monitor trends, and respond to engagement.
  • Design and run targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and generate actionable reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.
  • Optimize user journey and conversion rates through A/B testing and CRO techniques.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices; apply innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email platforms, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Creative thinking and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
