Job Summary
- Campus Technologies Limited is seeking a skilled and passionateDigital Marketing Specialist Trainer (Contract)to deliver high-quality, practical training to students and professionals.
- The trainer will teach both foundational and advanced digital marketing concepts, ensuring participants gain hands-on experience with tools and strategies used in today’s digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in digital marketing.
- Teach modules covering:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads, YouTube Ads)
- Content Marketing and Copywriting
- Email Marketing and Automation
- Web Analytics and Data Reporting (Google Analytics, Data Studio)
- Influencer and Affiliate Marketing
- Digital Branding and Online Reputation Management
- Develop lesson plans, class notes, and practical assignments aligned with NIIT’s academic
- standards.
- Guide students in executing real-life digital campaigns and projects.
- Evaluate students’ work, provide feedback, and monitor learning progress.
- Stay up to date with current trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
- Maintain professionalism and foster a positive learning environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing (Google, Meta) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experiencein digital marketing or as a trainer.
- Proficiency in major digital marketing tools such as:
- Google Ads & Analytics
- Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager
- Canva or Adobe tools
- WordPress or website builders
- Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.)
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to teach learners with varying levels of digital literacy.
- Passion for teaching, innovation, and technology.
