Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a creative and experienced Digital and Media Specialist to oversee our digital marketing efforts and manage our online presence.
  • The role involves creating compelling content for social media, websites, and newsletters, implementing digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital media and a proven track record of driving engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content to market the company brand, products, and services across various social media platforms.
  • Strategically grow social media followership and increase engagement through innovative content and community management.
  • Develop and maintain content for the company's websites, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels.
  • Identify and curate digital content that aligns with the organization's objectives and target audience.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to create and implement digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Produce monthly social media reports to summarize content usage, effectiveness, and key metrics such as engagement rates and follower growth.
  • Create graphic elements, icons, and infographics to enhance social media posts and website content.
  • Produce photographic and videographic materials for various use cases and purposes, including promotional campaigns and brand storytelling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with video editing and production is a plus.
