Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Digital Operations Manager to oversee digital media presence, procurement processes, and overall business operations.
  • As a Digital Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the social media pages, supervising the purchasing of materials, and ensuring the smooth operation of business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
  • Oversee the purchasing of materials and supplies, negotiate with suppliers, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier information, and conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily business operations, develop and implement operational policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, manage budgets and financial forecasts, and identify areas for improvement to optimize operational costs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve business goals, and collaborate with other departments for seamless operations and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and principles.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and software.
