- We are seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Presence Manager to enhance our online presence and engage with our global community through compelling digital content, impactful public relations, and targeted marketing strategies.
Role Summary
- As the Digital Presence Manager at UBIS, you will be the driving force behind our comprehensive digital marketing efforts, encompassing website management, social media channels, video content production, and the creation of engaging marketing materials.
- You will play a pivotal role in curating and producing content that not only showcases the best of what we have to offer but also significantly contributes to our enrollment growth and enhances our public image.
- Your expertise in web management, particularly with WordPress, coupled with your adeptness in producing high-quality digital content and marketing materials, will help us reach a wider audience, foster a vibrant online community, and achieve our marketing and PR goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Website and Landing Page Management: Serve as the webmaster for our official UBIS website. Ensure the website and all associated landing pages are user-friendly, up-to-date, and effectively designed to drive enrollment and engagement. Utilize WordPress to its fullest potential, incorporating SEO best practices.
- Content Creation and Management: Develop, curate, and publish compelling content across all digital platforms, including managing a content calendar, writing and editing content for social media, blogs, our website, and ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
- Video Content Production: Leverage our extensive library of video lectures to produce engaging segments aimed at marketing UBIS effectively. Edit video content, create promotional materials, and distribute them through appropriate digital channels.
- Social Media and Public Relations Management: Oversee all social media accounts and public relations efforts, developing strategies to grow our followers, engage with our community, enhance our online presence, and manage our public image. This includes content creation, press releases, scheduling, analytics monitoring, and campaign management.
- Marketing Material Production: Design and produce all marketing content materials, including flyers, promotions, product sheets, and other collateral, to support our marketing and enrollment goals. Ensure consistency and alignment with UBIS’s brand and messaging strategy.
- Digital Marketing and Analytics: Utilize knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as HubSpot, to enhance our marketing efforts, including email marketing, lead generation, and utilizing analytics to understand and improve our digital strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing digital content, social media, and public relations.
- Expertise in WordPress, including themes, plugins, and SEO optimization.
- Proficiency in video editing and content production.
- Strong skills in designing and producing marketing materials.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, with a preference for candidates with HubSpot knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with creative problem-solving skills.
