RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and executing sales & marketing plans to meet and exceed growth goals
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
- Analyze market data to develop and execute effective sales & marketing strategies.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email marketing and print.
- Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with Spazio’s target audience.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
- Develop and execute online and offline sales & marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and make improvements as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, and project teams, to align sales & marketing efforts with overall company objectives and offerings.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed.
- 1Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and new marketing tools and trends.
- Other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar field
- Proven experience in sales & marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, Google Suite and Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience within the Interior Design industry is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of growth procedures and a sound judgement.
