Job Objective:
The Digital Sales Officer is responsible for driving online sales and enhancing the digital presence of the company. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue through digital channels, engaging with customers, and optimizing the online sales process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Increase prospects’ awareness and understanding of Microinsurance products to increase customer base.
- Partner with the marketing team to maximize marketing’s impact on revenue.
- Engage the appropriate technical resources as necessary.
- Data management (including tracking of the current sales forecast), proposal, renewal rates, and additional relevant data.
- To develop and execute successful Middleware & Cloud sales campaigns.
- To create new leads, and thoroughly qualify leads & sales opportunities.
- Participation during staff meetings giving feedback on clients’ responses to services.
- Drive sales via digital platforms.
Job Requirements:
- A degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years’ experience in business development/sales development, or inside sales in the insurance industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Solutions Selling / Consultative Sales Strategies.
- Success with delivering targets.
- Success in driving new customer acquisitions.
- Track record of exceeding annual sales targets.
