Job Purpose
- The Digital & Social Marketing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining UL brands online presence and sales through various marketing campaigns.
- The incumbent will research, strategize with other functions and external stakeholders, and create content for successful campaigns.
Key Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute campaigns across different channels, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Strategize to reach the target audience effectively and maximize brand visibility.
- Oversee UL brands social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with the audience.
- Create and distribute content, monitor interactions, and manage social media campaigns.
- Analyze the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns.
- Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) to assess campaign success.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, optimize spend and performance based on insights.
- Brainstorm creative growth strategies to enhance campaign outcomes.
- Work closely with marketing agencies, programmers, and external vendors.
- Ensure campaigns launch on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with other internal and external stakeholders to create landing pages and enhance user experience.
- Instrument conversion points and evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Experience & Academic Requirements
- Bachelors degree or HND in marketing or any other related discipline.
- Certifications in Digital marketing can be an added advantage.
- 2 -5 years of cognate experience in managing Digital Marketing projects.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
