Job Summary

  • we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Solutions support Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Digital and Innovations department.
  • The role primarily involves providing essential support for various digital solutions and devices deployed throughout the organization.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of deployed solutions, digital devices, and digital twin solutions,thereby enhancing productivity and efficiency across different business areas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology). proven experience in supporting digital solutions and devices in a corporate environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of dashboards, analytics tools, IOT devices, and digital twin technology.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non- technical users.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
