Role Description

  • This is a full-time role for an eChannels and Application Support Administrator with FiberOne Broadband, an on-site role located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
  • Our ideal candidate, must possess proven work track record, understand application’s requirements, understand change management procedures, run application test, execute queries, use OS commands, and continue to work closely with other stakeholders within and without the organization.

Key Deliverables

  • Management and support of the ERP Solution, Client Portal, Mobile Application and other ancillary systems
  • Channels Integration and ERP Application implementation and Support
  • Administration and support of e-Payment solutions e.g. Paystack, Pelpay, Ogaranya, Bank systems
  • Timely resolution of e-Channel applications incidents raised within the agreed SLA
  • Investigate of system anomaly and proffer a solution
  • E-Channel applications testing
  • Upgrade deployment / implementation
  • Monitor and ensure 24-hour availability of e-channel applications
  • Configure, install custom-developed e-channel applications
  • Provide support to all live applications
  • Participate in relevant meetings and daily stand ups.
  • Analyze business operations and the business's computer systems and determining which software applications could improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience of Linux or windows server administration
  • Excellent knowledge of databases PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Microsoft SQL
  • Proficiency in software engineering tools (GitHub, Postman, Swagger UI & documentation etc.)
  • Ability to document requirements and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, analytic, problem-solving, presentation, customer service and leadership skills
  • High emotional intelligence and team spirit.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
