Job Description

  • Facebook and Google Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Google advertising campaigns to drive app downloads, user growth, and product inquiries. Continuously monitor and adjust ad strategies to maximize ROl, lower cost.
  • Multi-Channel Advertising like Ins, YTB, Tiktok etc: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels to reach a wider audience. Explore new platforms and opportunities to expand our reach.
  • Brand Awareness: Implement strategies to enhance our brand's visibility and recognition in the Nigerian market. Craft compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  • Influencer Cooperation and Email Marketing: Collaborate with influencers and online personalities to promote our products and increase brand exposure. Identify suitable influencers and manage partnerships effectively.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to the team, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to campaigns that deliver the best results.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' strategies. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting our marketing approach accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Facebook and Google advertising campaigns for e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving user growth and increasing product inquiries through digital marketing efforts, Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Multi-channel advertising experience is a strong plus. e. Experience in influencer cooperation and partnership management is a plus. f. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
