Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to promote our properties and services.
- Create engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email series.
- Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalized email communication.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Optimize email marketing strategy based on data insights and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
- Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, Constant Contact).
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation, and personalization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
