Job Description
- Formulates, implements, and manages engineering project baseline plans, and plans resource requirements for project implementation.
- Manages the progress, costs, quality, and risks of project implementation.
- Deeply understands the contract scope and customer requirements, formulates project delivery plans and technical solutions, manages and monitors the implementation and delivery of plans and technical solutions, ensures that project implementation meets customer requirements and contract requirements, and assumes responsibility for project cost status and smooth contract delivery.
- Implements organizational construction, ensures that project resources are in place in a timely manner, and manages and performance appraisal project team members on a daily basis.
- Establishes, coordinates, and improves customer relationships in the project implementation phase as the project implementation representative of ZTE.
- Acts as the project delivery supervisor, coordinates and manages related customers, team members, and subcontractors, ensures smooth project delivery, improves customer satisfaction, and promotes market consolidation and expansion.
- Assumes responsibility for the operation and cost improvement objectives of the project.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in wireless communication or IPRAN/Mw engineering.
- Clear ideas of career planning
- Be familiar with operations excel, ppt, and PPT, and be capable of presentation.
